Role
As a Logistics Coordinator at Ten 4 System Ltd., you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that all shipments are planned, managed, and delivered on time. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills who can juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a sharp focus on details.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the movement of shipments across Canada, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Liaise with drivers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide real-time updates on shipment status and address any issues that arise.
- Optimize routing and scheduling to maximize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information, delivery schedules, and customer communications.
- Manage and resolve any logistical challenges or delays, proactively finding solutions to keep operations running smoothly.
- Collaborate with the operations team to improve logistics processes and enhance overall service quality.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably within the trucking or transportation industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics software and tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Knowledge of Canadian transportation regulations and industry best practices is a plus.

As a Heavy-Duty Truck Driver at Ten 4 System Ltd., you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods across Canada. This role demands a skilled driver with a commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate heavy-duty trucks to transport a variety of goods, including auto parts, paper products, wood materials, and construction items, across long distances.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition.
- Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes while adhering to delivery schedules and traffic laws.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, fuel consumption, and other essential information as required by law and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with the logistics team and clients, providing updates on delivery status and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo as needed, ensuring all materials are handled with care.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
Experience and Qualifications
- Valid Class 1 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- 3+ years of experience as a heavy-duty truck driver, with a proven track record of safe driving.
- Experience with long-haul trucking across various Canadian provinces is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian road safety regulations and transportation laws.
- Ability to operate GPS and other navigation tools effectively.
- Physically fit and capable of handling heavy loads when necessary.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
